How do I book a session?
A DM on Instagram will do. I also have my phone number and email posted on my account, so it's easily available to you. You can also click the Contact page on this website to book. OR if those don't work for you, just shoot me a direct email: cheeny.captures@gmail.com
Do you require a deposit upon booking?
Yes. A $50 non-refundable deposit is required for every booking. This will add to the total amount of the booking by the end of the transaction.
Can I cancel/ reschedule?
Of course! Life happens, and a lot of unexpected things can happen. You can always reschedule to the next available time and retain the deposit you paid upon booking. However, the deposit will not be returned upon cancellation.
Can I extend the session on the day of?
Yes. As of now, I do not offer time limits. This gives me the opportunity to actually take my time and plan my shots. This will also allow me to bond with the people I'm shooting.
What kind of gear do you use?
The camera body I mainly use is Nikon D750 with a 50mm f/1.4 lens or the 24-70mm f/2.8 lens. My secondary camera is a Nikon D5200, which I usually use with the 35mm f/1.8 lens. Other lenses that I use are 18-55mm f/3.5, 50mm f/1.8, and 55-300mm f/3.5.
Can I choose the photos to be edited?
Yes. Once the shoot is done, I will show you all of the images, and you will use tags to choose which photos you want me to edit for you.
What do I get with the packages?
ALL of the packages I offer will include all raw images taken, all chosen edited photos, and some additional photos that I will edit if I deem necessary/ nice enough to include in the gallery that will be given to you personally via a USB drive. You will also get online access to the edited photos via my website gallery. This way, you can choose to have them printed or not.
How long will I have to wait until my photos are edited?
Depending on the time of year, but it would usually take me about 1-2 weeks to finish everything (chosen edits, additional edits, and online gallery).
How does your shooting time limit work?
Travel and preparation times are not included. I will only factor in the actual time spent shooting.
Do you have a second shooter?
Yes, I do. I'm actually training my younger brother to be my second shooter. This will not affect pricing.
Can I bring a friend/ family member to the shoot?
Of course! That way, they can carry your stuff around so we don't have to! LOL. I just ask for them to not interrupt and/or distract you (or myself) from the shoot.
I want to get my picture taken, but I don't know what kind of photos I want to do.
Don't worry! We'll figure it out together. I usually ask my clients a number of questions in order to figure out the type of photos I can take of them. We'll just do the same with you!
